Everything here is made to your sizes after you order, so most questions come down to sizing, finish and how fast it ships. If yours is not answered below, ask us — a real answer from the person who makes the doors.
Ordering and lead times
Unfinished cabinet doors and drawer fronts ship in 10 business days, finished doors in 15, drawer boxes in 10, vanities in 15, and samples in 1. Those are ship dates, counted from the day your payment clears — transit is on top of them and is estimated at checkout. Full detail on the Lead Times page.
No. One door is an order: no minimum quantity and no minimum dollar amount. Doors are priced per square foot with a 2 square foot minimum per door, which is the industry standard and applies to a small door, not to your order. Finishing is the one exception — it needs 8 doors on the order.
Yes. One door is a normal order, and it is one of the most common reasons people come to us. If you are matching a kitchen that is already installed, order the sample collection first so you can hold the profile and the species against what you have.
You pay when you order. The lead time starts the day the payment clears rather than the moment you click, which for a card is normally the same day.
Measuring and sizing
Yes. Every door is cut to the width and height you enter, not to fixed increments, so there are no filler strips and nothing to trim on site. Enter your sizes on the product page and the price updates as you type.
Wood, finish and matching
Nine: MDF, Cherry, Maple with an MDF panel, Maple with a Maple panel, White Oak, Rift-Sawn White Oak, Walnut, Alder and Knotty Alder. Thermofoil doors come in a separate range of 29 colours.
Twenty-two in wood — ten raised panel and twelve inset panel — plus the thermofoil range. Browse them all under Cabinet Doors.
Yes, and it is the main reason to buy here rather than from a raw-door supplier. Finishing is sprayed and cured in our own shop in Concord, California. It is an option on the product page, priced per door, and it needs 8 doors on the order. Finished doors ship in 15 business days instead of 10. Thermofoil doors already arrive finished, so they do not take the option.
Order the sample collection. It ships in one business day and puts the real profile and the real species in your hand, which is the only reliable way to match a door whose original style you cannot name. Photographs and screen colours are not.
Yes. The sample collection ships in one business day.
Yes, on the styles that allow it. Where it is available a Glass Ready option appears on the product page: the door is made as a frame with the panel left out, ready for your glazier.
Yes, on wood doors. Hinge boring is an option on the product page, priced per door, so the doors arrive ready to hang.
Shipping and delivery
It is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and what is on the order. Small orders go by parcel. Larger ones palletise and travel by freight, which costs less per door the more doors are on the pallet — freight bills for the truck stopping, not for what is on it.
Yes. Freight on a vanity is already inside its price, so it adds nothing at checkout.
Doors and drawer boxes go by parcel or by freight depending on the size of the order. Vanities ship crated by freight, and the carrier schedules the delivery with you.
Yes. If the address is a commercial building with a loading dock, tell us when you order — a dock delivery skips the liftgate and the residential surcharge, and it is meaningfully cheaper than delivering to a house.
No — we ship to the lower 48 states only. Freight past the mainland runs several hundred dollars a crate and moves around too much to quote honestly, so we would rather tell you here than at checkout. If you have a freight forwarder anywhere in the lower 48, we will ship to them and you can arrange the last leg.
For cabinet shops and trade
Yes. A door line is expensive to own — moulder, shaper, wide-belt sander — and rarely worth it at a single shop's volume. We make doors and drawer boxes to your sizes, and we finish them, which most door suppliers will not. Apply for a trade account and we will come back to you within one business day.
After your order
Yes. The terms are on the Warranty Policy page.
