Lifetime Limited Warranty

Crafted Cabinetry provides a limited lifetime warranty on cabinet structures and workmanship against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Cabinet construction
  • Material workmanship
  • Structural integrity

If a covered issue occurs, Crafted Cabinetry will review the concern and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or replacement parts.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects including:

  • Manufacturing issues affecting the intended function of the product

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Improper care, cleaning, or maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations made after delivery
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or finish
  • Damage caused by excessive moisture, humidity, or environmental conditions

Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, texture, and color are considered part of the character and beauty of the product.

Installation & Care Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Products must be installed correctly according to recommended installation practices.
  • Products should be used and maintained according to care instructions.
  • Any concerns should be reported promptly after discovery.
